About the study place

Södertörns högskola was established in 1996 and is located on the outskirts of Sweden’s capital, Stockholm. This university college offers an international environment where important discussions about the future are addressed. This school has the closeness between students and lecturers that you will find in small universities, and the depth in research that you will find at large universities. They offer high-quality educations and courses in humanities, social sciences, technology and natural sciences.

There is always something exciting happening here and, you can go to various events, visit interesting museums or take a walk around the city center to see everything the city has to offer. If you decide to study here, you should definitely visit the ABBA Museum or Skansen, which is an open-air museum. In order to have 30 ECTS credits approved at OsloMet after the exchange, you must take 30 ECTS credits at this institution.
