Accademia di Belle Arti di Bari was established in 1973 and is an academy of art in the Italian city of Bari. The academy is committed to give you as a student a good experience and want you to learn and gain new competence within the fields of art.
Bari is a bustling port city located on the east coast of Italy. The city is located about three hours from the famous city of Naples and six hours away from the capital Rome. The old part of the city has wonderful historical architecture with buildings that have played an important role in history. One of these buildings is Castello Svevo which is a large castle built in the year 1132. You should definitely go for a walk along the beautiful promenade Lungomare Nazario Sauro. Here you can enjoy the sunset and look at the fantastic view over the sea. If you like shopping, Via Sparano is the right place to go. Here you will find everything you need, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Visit several of the beaches in this beautiful city and if you like history you should go to Altamura. Altamura is a city with historical charm where several of the original city walls still stands and are intact. If you visit this town, you will get the feeling of traveling back in time. Bari is a great Italian city that offers something for everyone.
